Root Gold Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet operations, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and report them to the appropriate parties.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in managing vendor relationships and contracts.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet-related activities.,Participate in training and development programs for fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
