📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
