📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
