📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
