📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
