📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.,Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its targets.,Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.,Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.,Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and high-quality content output.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and digital marketers.,Report on SEO performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in improving search engine rankings.,Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.,Proficiency in SEO tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Screaming Frog.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development principles is a plus.
