📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts for all equipment used in FamilyMart stores, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and accounted for.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, providing necessary spare parts and tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards for spare parts and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all spare parts transactions and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the spare parts management process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for various types of equipment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within Jakarta Selatan.
