📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of logistics professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all import and export cargo operations.
• Utilize SAP and Sea-IT to track and manage shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment processing.
• Monitor and analyze shipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on freight forwarding.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Sea-IT, with the ability to utilize these tools effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
