📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and follow-ups.,Generate and analyze reports to track customer interactions and identify trends or areas for improvement.,Assist in the organization and management of customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.,Support the implementation of new CRM features or tools as needed.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of CRM strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a CRM environment.,Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools is a plus.
