📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute growth strategies for our portfolio companies, with a focus on market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.,Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, to drive mutual success.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Lead and mentor entrepreneurs in our portfolio, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement data-driven marketing and sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights and knowledge with our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a startup or growth-focused role, with a track record of success in driving growth and innovation.,Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven ability to conduct market research and analysis, and to develop and execute data-driven strategies.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in Bali or a similar startup ecosystem is a plus.,Passion for and commitment to the startup community and the entrepreneurs it serves.
