ORBIT Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a professional who can hit the ground running. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (10 kg) of weight.
