📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of café operations, including food and beverage preparation, and customer service best practices.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
