📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Support the Retail Sales Consultant in managing the sales team, providing training and coaching.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and preferences.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
