📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial contracts, negotiations, and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for construction projects.
- Advise on legal aspects of business transactions and partnerships.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
- Support the company’s expansion into new markets.
- Provide training and guidance to junior legal staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and contract law.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in construction law is a plus.
