As an Inventory Control Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, and minimizing waste. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in inventory control, leveraging tools like SAP ERP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock taking, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Lead a team of inventory control staff, providing guidance and training to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in inventory management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using SAP ERP and Excel to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices and standards.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Surakarta and Central Java.
