Diamond Code Unggul is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (preferably in a similar industry).,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
