As a Junior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and helping to achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer queries.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Help to achieve sales targets by promoting products and driving sales.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the sales team in organizing promotions and discounts.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
