📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents,Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and meets industry standards,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with API documentation is a plus
