📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
