📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
