📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent by evaluating candidates' learning potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus.
