📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications,Schedule and conduct interviews,Coordinate with hiring managers to select the best candidates,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Proven track record of successful hiring and retention,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
