📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of the company.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
