In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment for our café operations. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for café operations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other café operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve mechanical systems and equipment.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for mechanical operations.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in the development and implementation of café expansion and renovation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on café or food service operations.,Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety standards.,Experience with CAD software and other mechanical design tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
