📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
