📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.,Monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the smooth and efficient ordering and receipt of goods.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Continuously review and improve warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a logistics or supply chain environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems is desirable.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is desirable.
