📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Exertainment Indonesia clubs in Jakarta Raya, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the clubs meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the continuous growth and development of the clubs.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence.
• Represent Exertainment Indonesia at industry events and conferences, building relationships and expanding the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and enhancing member satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of financial management and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to commute throughout Jakarta Raya.
