As an HR Officer at Sky Garden Bali, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You'll work closely with the HR Manager to implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating with hiring managers to fill vacancies.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing staff.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits administrators to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
