📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that streamline legal operations and improve client outcomes.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage training programs to upskill the legal team on new technologies and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in legal practice, with a strong background in legal technology and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading legal transformation projects and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in legal technology or digital transformation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal software and tools such as Clio, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.
