📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily operations and tasks to ensure smooth business processes
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our pet care services
• Assist in customer service and relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction
• Help with inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
• Support the development and maintenance of our website and social media platforms
• Assist in the organization and coordination of events and workshops for pet owners
• Help with financial management tasks, including budgeting and reporting
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or pet care industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Passionate about pets and committed to providing excellent customer service
