📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and staff scheduling.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement new initiatives and improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of health and beauty retail operations and trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
