As a Building Manager at Mahajaya Group of Companies, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our luxury properties in Badung. You will work closely with our team of facility staff to ensure that all aspects of the property are functioning smoothly, from the maintenance of common areas to the upkeep of guest rooms. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of luxury properties in Badung.
• Manage a team of facility staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain property systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Handle guest and resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Ensure that all properties are well-presented and ready for guests or residents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Manager or similar role in the hospitality or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-end properties.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Siteminder or similar.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
